Optex Blue : These screens contain the highest quality calcium Tungstate phosphors available. Compared to rare earth phosphors, this phosphor exhibits a more linear response over a broader kVp range. These screens are compatible with full speed blue sensitive film. Do not use these screens with green sensitive or half speed blue film.

Rare Earth Blue : The active rare earth x-ray phosphor component of these screens is lanthanum oxybromide. These blue emitting screens are compatible with full or half speed blue sensitive film.

Rare Earth Green : These screens contain a high efficiency green emitting rare earth x-ray phosphor known as gadolinium oxysulfide. These screens should be used with film that is orthochromatic or green sensitive.
